Our journey started in 2007 when Parking Advisors, Inc. was formed to provide institutional quality parking advisory services to the industry’s leading real estate investors. We recognized a gap between the expectations of property owners and the available technologies and reporting platforms.

Since 2007, Parking Advisors has worked on over $40 billion of parking assets for top tier owners and investors, with assets located in every major US MSA.

In 2017, Parking Advisors’ principals rolled out our first product, ParkChirp.com and the ParkChirp apps (available on iOS and Android), across 100 properties in Chicago. And we kept building. The PC Parking Platform’s reach has steadily grown, as the misalignment between the industry’s antiquated and fragmented technology solutions and the goals of owners, operators and parkers continues to expand.

Built for the specific needs of parking owners, operators and parking customers, the PC Platform has expanded to become the industry’s leading enterprise software solution.

The story starts with Mark Fancher’s experience at Equity Office Properties Trust, the nation’s largest commercial landlord and parking owner.  Mark’s team built an enterprise parking software platform that generated over $500 million in new shareholder value. Following the landmark $39 billion sale of Equity Office, Mark launched Parking Advisors, Inc. to leverage his unique real estate, parking and operations background.

Parking Advisors was formed to provide institutional real estate owners with advisory and asset management services that unlock value from their parking assets. The Parking Advisors team built a proven track record of implementing strategies that increase revenue and decrease expenses for our clients. Today, the firm provides asset management services for over $3.0 billion of parking assets.

Despite Parking Advisors’ success, the firm was challenged by industry’s standard parking technologies and reporting platforms, which lacked the features, security and reporting needed to serve its clients. Even worse, new parking technologies and solutions are commonly misaligned with real estate owners’ goals. The industry needed a better solution – so the team developed the PC Parking Platform.
