Kevin Dahm
Kevin is Co-founder and CEO of ParkChirp, the parking industry’s leading enterprise software platform. As CEO, Kevin is responsible for driving the strategy and vision of the firm. He is especially focused on the customer experience and ensuring that ParkChirp creates value for operators, owners, and parkers.
Prior to his current position at ParkChirp, Kevin was Co-Founder of Parking Advisors, Inc., where he developed the company’s industry-leading advisory and asset management platform and was integral in growing the firm’s extensive institutional client roster. Kevin’s background includes acquisitions, dispositions, and investment in parking and other asset classes, identifying unique value-add opportunities that increase asset value.
Kevin also worked in LaSalle Investment Management’s acquisitions group, closing over $500 million of commercial real estate transactions across first-tier U.S. real estate markets. Prior to joining LaSalle, Kevin held multiple roles in Merrill Lynch’s real estate structured finance group. Kevin earned a master’s degree with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from the University of Wisconsin.
Erik Eloe
Erik is the Chief Operating Officer at ParkChirp, where he oversees the company’s onboarding, support, and customer success functions. He also leads the firm’s business development activities and is focused on expanding customer relationships and entering new markets.
Erik has over 15 years of parking operations experience. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Senior Branch Manager for a national building services firm, where he was responsible for 4,500 employees and revenues in excess of $250 million. Erik earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Maranatha Baptist University in Watertown, Wisconsin.
Mark Fancher
Mark provides ParkChirp’s team with industry expertise and support. A 40+ year industry professional, Mark has over 25 years of experience driving parking asset performance and developing large-scale parking operating and asset management platforms. Mark founded Parking Advisors, Inc., the US real estate industry’s premier parking advisory and asset management firm, where he currently serves as President.
Prior to founding Parking Advisors, Mark served as Vice President–National Property Operations for Equity Office Properties Trust, where he developed and executed multiple initiatives that drove millions of dollars in new EBITDA. Among his accomplishments, Mark created more than $500 million in value across the nation’s largest single-owner commercial parking portfolio, and in the process created the real estate industry’s first enterprise parking revenue management software platform. Mark earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from the School of Architecture at Miami University (Ohio).
