In early 2024 the PC Platform rolled out its parking Customer Dashboard in direct response to customer demand. This key first-to-market feature allows tenant administrators or other corporate parking account managers to view their parking accounts through a centralized view, and to perform key functions across multiple parking facilities. The solution allows parking groups to quickly view their account information and self-administer their accounts, streamlining operator back office functions. Best of all, tenants can quickly find the answers to their account questions, facilitating faster revenue collection.
The Dashboard displays key account information all on one page:
- Account Balance and Credit Balance – Current balances are at the top of the dashboard page
- Abstract – A pdf view of the tenant lease terms that govern the account
- Contact Documents – A summary of any key tenant lease terms that govern parking allocations and rates
- Invoices – A listing of the ten most recent parking invoices. By clicking each invoice number, the system displays a pdf version of the invoice.
- Payments – A listing of the three most recent payments
- Credits – A listing of current unapplied credits
In addition, by clicking options on the side of the screen, the tenant admin can perform a number of additional functions:
- Parkers – View a list of the all current parkers under the account. The portal allows tenants to self-administer functions that include adding, deleting, terminating, suspending / unsuspending the current parkers under the account.
- Account History – View a detailed listing of recent payment transactions
- Reports – View and download Outstanding Balance, Invoice, Payment and Sign Up / Termination reports. All reports can be downloaded in CSV or PDF formats.
- One-Time Payments – Make a full or partial payment via credit card or ACH
- Recurring Payments – Set up recurring payments via credit card or ACH
- Payment Options – Add, delete or update credit card or banking information for fully secure processing by our third-party provider
- Subscription Info – View and update key account information, including tenant contacts and email addresses, as well as a billing address and up to 5 email addresses for invoicing
- Users – Add and manage information for each authorized user on the portal
