Monthly Parking Management

  • Individual Account Management

    Individual parkers can log in, set up an account, and manage critical functions, including making payments and viewing account history. If the parker is eligible for a special rate, they are sent a promo code that provides access that rate.

  • Corporate Account Management

    The platform allows you to management group accounts, including tenant accounts that are governed by lease agreements. Once an account is set up the tenant admin can view and manage their critical account details, pay for parking and perform other key functions online.

  • Flexible Payment Options

    Your customers can pay by credit card or ACH, or you can be configured the platform to require recurring payments from some or all parkers.

  • Configurable Invoicing

    Emailed monthly parker invoices can be customized with your logo and contact information. You can select the day of the month for invoicing, and we can also send the invoice to multiple tenant contacts.

  • Back Office Administration

    We support full back office administration, including manual payment application, account refunds, credits and adjustments, and other important functions.

Lease Manager

  • Tenant Lease Rules

    The garage management team can administer complex lease rules, including must-takes, maximum allotments, special rates and scheduled future rate increases – which is key to maximizing your monthly parking revenues. Unlike other solutions, the platform tracks a full account history, including current and past parkers, whether they are terminated, suspended or reactivated.

  • Rate Management

    We track parking rates and discounts for all tenant lease agreements. When the market rate is changed, the system automatically adjusts all tenant rates that are based off of the market rate – so you never miss a tenant billing increase.

Tenant Dashboard

Tenant administrators can access the account online and view their account using the Tenant Dashboard. From this screen the admin can perform key functions, including adding and deleting parkers, assigning rates, viewing account history, making payments. The tenant admin can view a PDF of the parking language from their lease in cases where there are specific usage rules that govern rates, usage or other key terms.
